STATEMENT OF FAITH

• ONE TRUE GOD existing from eternity in three Persons: Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.


• GOD—THE FATHER, the Creator of the heavens and the earth.

In Christ Jesus—a loving Father.

Outside of Christ Jesus—a consuming fire.


• GOD—JESUS CHRIST, the living Word, who became flesh (born of a virgin), and dwelt among us. We believe that His sacrificial death on the cross and His resurrection accomplished God’s plan for salvation that is available to all who call upon Him in truth. We believe that He is coming again!


• GOD—THE HOLY SPIRIT
The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment:

SIN—unbelief in Jesus
RIGHTEOUSNESS—Jesus is the Righteous One
JUDGMENT—Satan has been judged already

The Holy Spirit convicts and draws sinners to the Savior—Jesus Christ. When we repent of sin– unbelief in Jesus, and receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are indwelled by the Holy Spirit for eternity, and He leads us into all truth.

• SALVATION by faith in Jesus Christ
Salvation is a gift of God that needs to be believed and received. God had accomplished salvation through the Cross and the Resurrection. Each of us must believe it and act upon it—receive Jesus Christ in our heart as Lord and Savior. Jesus Himself said,

    

• CHURCH—the body of Christ is a living organism consisting of all true believers in our glorious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Head of the Church.


• BIBLE—the Word of God is inspired by God, and there were no errors in the original manuscripts. The Word of God is still able to give us the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.
